Moody's on Dec. 27 affirmed Banco de Valores SA's trustee quality assessment at TQ1.ar.
The affirmation was driven by the bank's "strong management capability of entrusted assets for the benefit of a securitization's trust certificate holders," Moody's noted.
The TQ1.ar is the highest trustee quality assessment that can be attained by an Argentine trustee, the rating agency added. It reflects, among other factors, the bank's sound organizational structure and business strategy, a management team experienced in the capital and structured finance markets, the board of directors' high commitment to provide trustee services as a crucial part of the bank's business strategy and a strong ability to perform its role in securitized transactions.
