Dominion Midstream registers $150M worth of common units

DominionMidstream Partners LP on May 5 filed a registration statement onForm S-3 for the potential sale of up to $150.0 million of common unitsrepresenting limited partner interests from time to time.

The company plans to use net proceeds from the sale ofsecurities for general partnership purposes, which may include debt repayment,future acquisitions, capital expenditures and additions to working capital.
