HNA Investment Group Co. Ltd. subsidiary CWT International Ltd. agreed to exchange on the sale an office building in London's Canary Wharf to Macquarie Group Ltd. and Sun Hung Kai Financial for £110 million, Property Week reported.
The deal is set to close before the end of 2019.
The building at 17 Columbus Courtyard is let to Credit Suisse for the next five years on a fixed rental income lease, according to the report.
Savills had been appointed to sell the asset earlier in 2019 on behalf of receivers Begbies Traynor after its owner defaulted on a loan and lost control of the property. HNA later refinanced the loan and won back control, according to the report.
