Aldever Resources nixes option deal on Harris Creek gold project

Aldever Resources Inc. said March 16 that it terminated a previously announced option deal on the Harris Creek gold project in British Columbia.

The company signed an agreement in May 2017 to acquire Harris Creek from an arm's length vendor.

Aldever will remain focused on the Urban Barry gold project in Quebec.

Additionally, Aldever noted that it completed a 1-for-3 share consolidation. The company's 46,169,009 shares issued and outstanding will be reduced to 15,389,669 shares.

The consolidation does not entail a name and ticker change.
