Michael Bradburn resigned from his post as nonexecutive, nonindependent director at Viva Energy REIT and its controlled entities, effective March 28.

Bradburn's departure from the board was a result of his resignation as CFO of Viva Energy Australia, the REIT's parent company.

Lachlan Pfeiffer was appointed on the same day as Bradburn's replacement in the board.
