* Urban&Civic plc entered into an agreement with Claydon Estate LLC to buy a 785-acre greenfield land in Aylesbury Vale, Buckinghamshire, where it plans to carry out a residential development.
Germany
* Accentro Real Estate AG and a joint venture partner signed an agreement to purchase a minority stake in a residential portfolio in Hamburg. The 30,000-square-meter, 12-building portfolio comprises 321 residential units, out of which Accentro will privatize 193 units under the joint venture deal.
* PATRIZIA Immobilien AG bought the nine-story Marienbader Höfe office property in Bad Homburg, Hesse, from Commerz Real for an undisclosed price, propertyfundsworld reported.
The 27,000-square-meter property, which was purchased for the Patrizia Gewerbe-Immobilien-Deutschland III fund, is leased to tenants that include The Deutsche Leasing Group, First Data and Fresenius.
Sweden
* JM AB's construction unit was awarded a 360 million-Swedish-kronor contract by the Ports of Stockholm to carry out extensive site and engineering work for a new container port in Nynäshamn. Work on the project is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2018, with completion expected by 2020-end.
Greece
* Grivalia Properties REIC's roughly €5.1 million bid for a commercial building in Glyfada, Athens, was the highest in a public auction of the property. The asset on 5 Grigoriou Lampraki St. contains a total office and retail area of roughly 1,570 square meters, as well as 2,430 square meters of space for parking and storage.
