Yael Baratz resigned as a director of Sol-Gel Technologies Ltd. for personal reasons, effective Feb. 22.

The Israel-based pharmaceutical company appointed Yaffa Krindel to the board to replace Baratz, effective Feb. 26.

Krindel served as partner and managing partner of Star Ventures, a private venture capital fund, from 1997 until 2007. He currently serves on the board of Itamar Medical Ltd., a medical device company.
