PNC director to resign; First Tennessee Bank names SVP

S&P Global Market Intelligence presents a daily roundup of management and board changes in the bank and thrift industry. This feature excludes C-level leadership changes and stories previously covered by S&P Global Market Intelligence.

* Paul Bickel III joined the boards of Louisville, Ky.-based Stock Yards Bancorp Inc. and unit Stock Yards Bank & Trust Co.

The addition of Bickel expands both boards to 12 directors.

Bickel has served as the managing member of various real estate development organizations in the Louisville area over the past three decades.

* Beloit, Wis.-based First National Bank and Trust Co. promoted Lisa Zeimetz to senior vice president, compliance and Community Reinvestment Act officer.

Zeimetz joined the Centre 1 Bancorp Inc. unit in 2015.

* First Tennessee Bank NA named Kevin Lukassen senior vice president, treasury management head of sales.

Lukassen's three-decade banking experience includes working at SunTrust.

The Memphis, Tenn.-based bank is a unit of First Horizon National Corp.

* Kay Coles James intends to resign as director of Pittsburgh-based PNC Financial Services Group Inc. due to a change in her principal occupation. The resignation will take effect following the board meeting Feb. 15, 2018.

A March 15 proxy statement indicates that James is president and founder of The Gloucester Institute, a non-profit organization.

* Douglas Bawel will not stand for re-election to Jasper, Ind.-based German American Bancorp Inc.'s board at the annual meeting of shareholders on May 17, 2018. The decision is intended to allow for flexibility in making director changes in the future.

Bawel is chairman and CEO of Jasper Engines & Transmissions, SNL records show.
