FireFox Gold Corp. expanded its portfolio in Lapland, Finland, with the acquisition of two new tenements totaling 983.9 square kilometers called the Kierinki gold project.
The project is less than 30 kilometers from the company's gold portfolio of over 500 square kilometers in the Central Lapland Greenstone Belt.
The company said Aug. 19 that it plans to initiate a second-phase drill campaign in September at its Mustajärvi gold project in Finland.
FireFox started trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in February.
