Recreational vehicle dealership company Lazydays Holdings Inc. on Aug. 1 completed the acquisition of RV retailer Alliance Coach Inc.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Alliance Coach, now known as Lazydays of Ocala, is a dealership that sells several brands of recreational vehicles such as Thor, Forest River, Holiday Rambler, Renegade, Fleetwood, American Coach, Keystone RV and Vanleigh.
