Maybank redeems 250M ringgit of subordinated notes

Malayan Banking Bhd., or Maybank, fully redeemed 250 million ringgit of subordinated notes issued Dec. 28, 2011.

The notes will be delisted from the Malaysian stock exchange, the bank said Dec. 28.

As of Dec. 28, US$1 was equivalent to 4.15 Malaysian ringgit.
