Integra LifeSciences, SeaSpine director dies

Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corp. and SeaSpine Holdings Corp. said James Sullivan, who served on both companies' boards, died Sept. 1.

Sullivan had also served as presiding director at Plainsboro, N.J.-based Integra LifeSciences. He joined Integra's board in 1992, and had served on SeaSpine Holdings' board since it was spun out of Integra in 2015.

Integra makes and sells surgical implants and medical instruments for use in neurosurgery, orthopedics and general surgery.

Carlsbad, Calif.-based SeaSpine Holdings makes surgical devices to treat spinal disorders.
