Premier Investment Corp. said Takahiro Okuda resigned as executive director, effective June 22, with Tatsuya Takahashi named as replacement and taking on the position the following day.

Takahashi was elected as substitute executive director at the company's March 28 general meeting of unit holders. Aside from his executive directorship role, Takahashi will also serve as director and CFO of the finance department, the Japanese diversified developer said.
