Plains Commerce Bank chairman retires; successor named

Jerome Hageman retired as chairman of the board at Hoven, S.D.-based Plains Commerce Bank.

Hageman was the bank's chairman from 1990 through 2017. Following his retirement, he was given the title of chairman emeritus in January.

Rob Ronayne, a director of the bank since 2011, succeeded Hageman as chairman of the bank. Ronayne is a partner at law firm Ronayne & Cogley in Aberdeen, S.D.
