Mediobanca International Luxembourg issues €500M bonds

Mediobanca - Banca di Credito Finanziario SpA unit Mediobanca International (Luxembourg) SA issued €500 million in international bonds, Cbonds reported March 27.

The notes mature Dec. 20, 2025, and were priced at 100%. They carry a floating coupon equivalent to the three-month Euro Interbank Offered Rate plus 0.670%, according to Investopoli.

Mediobanca and RBS served as book runners for the issuance.
