USCorp said March 31 that it will remain a mining and exploration company after abandoning efforts to transition into a diversified holding company.
The company had previously to focus on land developments in Yuma, Ariz., with emphasis on RV storage facilities, and entered talks on creating a joint venture with the owners of a 14-acre land parcel to start permitting the 450-unit project by June.
USCorp will continue looking for projects that produce gold and other precious metal, with the goal of getting at least three properties operational within a year.
