OCC terminates individual minimum capital requirements for Esquire Bank

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency has terminated the previously imposed individual minimum capital requirements for Jericho, N.Y.-based Esquire Bank NA.

The regulator in 2012 had notified the bank that it was required to maintain a Tier 1 leverage capital ratio of 9%, Tier 1 risk-based capital ratio of 11% and total risk-based capital ratio of 13%.

Esquire Financial Holdings Inc. is the holding company of Esquire Bank.
