Woori Financial Group issues 400B won of subordinated bonds

South Korea's Woori Financial Group Inc. said Sept. 6 that it issued 400 billion won of contingent capital securities in two tranches.

The domestic offering comprised 100 billion won of eight-year subordinated bonds with a coupon of 2.13% and 300 billion won of 10-year bonds with a coupon of 2.20%.

Woori Financial Group said it has raised a total of 1.2 trillion won from domestic bond offerings since June.

As of Sept. 5, US$1 was equivalent to 1,198.10 South Korean won.
