Palo Alto, Calif.-based venture capital and investment firm Norwest Venture Partners provided 560 million Indian rupees of growth capital to Sila Solutions Pvt. Ltd., an India-based provider of facility management, project management and related services, The Economic Times reported.
Sila plans to provide an exit to its early investors, including family offices, through the new funds, and finance strategic investments and acquisitions, founder Sahil Vora told the publication.
Sila manages more than 30 million square feet of assets across sectors including manufacturing, retail, hospitality, financials, commercial and residential real estate.
As of Aug. 22, US$1 was equivalent to 71.93 rupees.
