Tallgrass Energy GP's CFO to resign; successor named

Gary Brauchle informed the board of Tallgrass Energy GP LLC of his intent to resign as executive vice president and CFO, effective Feb. 14, according to a Jan. 14 SEC filing from Tallgrass Energy LP.

Brauchle intends to remain with Tallgrass Energy in a nonexecutive capacity through 2020 to ensure a seamless transition.

Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer Gary Watkins was appointed as executive vice president and CFO, effective Feb. 14. Watkins will remain chief accounting officer.

Tallgrass Energy GP is the general partner of Tallgrass Energy LP, which is a growth-oriented midstream energy infrastructure company operating across 11 states.
