The bank said in a March 28 release that it named Lv Tianjun and Sun Feixia as executive directors, Liu Mingkun as nonexecutive director, and Ma Yongqiang, Zhang Zheng and Sun Yan as independent nonexecutive directors.

Lv was named interim president in October 2017 after Zhang Qiguang stepped down for health reasons.

Further, the Chinese bank's supervisory board proposed the appointments of Liu Mo and Li Dong as shareholder representative supervisor and external supervisor, respectively.

Lu Yujuan stepped down as shareholder representative supervisory, while Wang Jiheng retired as external supervisor.

The appointments are subject to shareholder approval.
