Report: Shareholder advisory firm recommends vote against Fitschen's performance

Glass Lewis recommended that 's shareholders do notapprove of Co-CEO Jürgen Fitschen's performance, Reuters reported May 6.

The shareholder advisory firm also recommended that shareholdersvote against the performance of former Co-CEO Anshu Jain and former executivesStefan Krause, Stephan Leithner, Henry Ritchotte and Stuart Lewis.

Glass Lewis joined ISS in recommending that shareholdersvote in favor of an audit into whether management breached obligations onlegal and regulatory matters.
