The founder and chairman of Segulah Advisor AB, Gabriel Urwitz, will leave his post as chairman and will be replaced by current managing partner Sebastian Ehrnrooth.

Urwitz will remain a member of the firm's investment committee for the duration of the Segulah V LP investment period, and a board member in several of the Sweden-based private equity firm's portfolio companies.

Segulah deal partner Marcus Planting-Bergloo will take on the role of managing partner. All changes will be effective April 1.
