VOL-V agrees to sell wind, solar assets to French renewables operator

VOL-V SAS has entered into a sale and purchase agreement to sell its subsidiary VOL-V Électricité Renouvelable and all of its wind and solar assets to French renewables operator Compagnie Nationale du Rhône SA.

The deal includes a total renewable portfolio of 1,700 MW, including 50 MW of operating or construction-stage projects and 130 MW with permits.

Watson Farley & Williams acted as legal adviser to VOL-V on the deal.
