Norinchukin Bank nominates 4 directors

Japan's Norinchukin Bank nominated four directors to its board.

Tetsuya Kanamaru, Shozo Goto, Keito Shimbu and Hikaru Yoshida will stand for election to the board of directors, according to a March 16 release.

The bank added that Katsuyuki Touyama and Kenichi Komon will retire from the board on March 31, while Yoshio Kono and Masataka Miyazono will retire June 22.
