Etiler Gida Ve Ticari Yatirimlar Sanayi Ve TAS said its second-quarter normalized net income came to 4 kurus per share, compared with a loss of 8 kurus per share in the year-earlier period.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was 535,950 lira, compared with a loss of 925,430 lira in the year-earlier period.

The normalized profit margin climbed to 127.1% from negative 250.5% in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue came to 431,610 lira.

Reported net income came to 845,460 lira, or 7 kurus per share, compared to a loss of 1.5 million lira, or a loss of 13 kurus per share, in the year-earlier period.

As of July 30, US$1 was equivalent to 2.79 Turkish lira.
