Lithium explorer Lake Resources NL signed a landmark agreement with Argentina's Jujuy province confirming its tenure on about 45,000 hectares of mining leases.
The tenure covers the company's Olaroz-Cauchari and the Paso lithium brine projects, where activity had been stalled for two years pending approvals.
Lake Resources said March 1 that the agreement will allow it to start exploration work across the areas, with preliminary work on environmental impact studies and community consultations to expedite drill access.
