Tata Capital Housing to issue up to 20B rupees of debentures

Tata Capital Housing Finance Ltd. plans to issue up to 20 billion Indian rupees of redeemable nonconvertible debentures.

The offering has a base size of 5 billion rupees, with an option to retain oversubscription of up to 15 billion rupees.

The offering opens Jan. 7 and closes Jan. 17.

Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd. and A.K. Capital Services Ltd. are the lead managers for the issuance.

As of Dec. 30, US$1 was equivalent to 71.31 Indian rupees.
