Moody's withdraws Viva Industrial REIT corporate family rating

Moody's Investors Service withdrew Viva Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust's Ba1 corporate family rating and stable outlook.

The rating agency also withdrew the provisional (P)Ba2 rating on the S$500 million multicurrency medium-term note program formed by Viva iTrust MTN Pte. Ltd. and the Ba2 rating on the S$100 million senior unsecured notes drawn under the program.

Moody's said the withdrawal was due to its own commercial reasons.

The company is stapled with Viva Industrial Business Trust to form Viva Industrial Trust.

As of Feb. 20, US$1 was equivalent to S$1.32.
