Australia's FlexiGroup Ltd. appointed Carole Campbell an independent nonexecutive director, effective May 17.

Campbell is a council member of the Australian Film Television and Radio School where she is chair of the finance, audit and risk management committee. She is also a nonexecutive director of the Sydney Film Festival and chair of its finance committee.
