Fantasia Holdings to add US$150M to US$450M of 8.375% senior notes

Fantasia Holdings Group Co. Ltd. is planning to boost its 8.375% senior notes due March 8, 2021, by adding US$150.0 million to the existing US$450.0 million amount of the series.

In a filing, the company said the terms of the new notes, except for the amount, are identical to that of the initial US$350.0 million offering in March. The new notes will also be listed on the Singapore stock exchange.

At the completion of the latest offering, the Hong Kong-listed company said its outstanding notes will amount to US$600.0 million.

The diversified property developer said it will use the proceeds from the new offering to refinance its existing debt.

Haitong International, UBS, Guotai Junan International and Oceanwide Securities are the joint lead managers and joint book runners of the issuance.
