S&P: Japan Housing Finance Agency to issue ¥50B of mortgage-backed notes

Japan Housing Finance Agency will issue ¥50 billion of fixed-rate residential mortgage-secured pass-through notes, S&P Global Ratings said June 18.

The notes will mature May 2032 and the transaction's closing date is June 29.

As of June 15, US$1 was equivalent to ¥110.52.
