Atrium European board approves special dividend

In its 2017 earnings results, Atrium European Real Estate Ltd. said its board approved a special dividend of 14 euro cents per share after the group's €70 million sale of an 18-property portfolio in Hungary.

The special dividend will be paid as capital repayment along with the dividend for the 2018 first quarter March 29 to shareholders on record as of March 22. The board agreed in November 2017 to maintain the 27 cents per share annual dividend for the year 2018 to be paid every quarter.
