Chambersburg, Pa., seeks indicative bids for seasonal energy block products

The borough of Chambersburg, Pa., on Aug. 1 issued a request for proposals, seeking indicative bids for seasonal energy block products for calendar year 2020.

Product 1 is a 6-MW, 7x24 block type for the January, February and December 2020 term; Product 2 is a 5-MW, 5x16 block type for the January, February and December 2020 term; and Product 3 is an 8-MW, 5x16 block type for the June, July and August 2020 term.

Delivery will either be to the APS Zone or PJM Western Hub.

The borough may accept a combination of alternatives from one or more suppliers.
