Quorum Health board adds CEO, 2 others

Quorum Health Corp., a hospital and outpatient services provider, appointed its President and CEO Robert Fish and two other members to the board.

Jon Kaplan and William Rutledge will be joining Fish, bringing the total number of board members for Quorum to nine, according to a Sept. 10 press release.

Rutledge and Kaplan will serve as independent, nonemployee directors.

Kaplan has served as a senior partner and managing director at Boston Consulting Group Inc., a privately held company focused on providing management consulting services since 2007. Rutledge has over 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry and currently serves as an adviser and board member to healthcare companies.
