Warburg-HIH Invest acquires office property in Berlin

Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate acquired Element B, a 6,126-square-meters office scheme at Brunnenstrasse 128 in Berlin-Mitte for an undisclosed price.

The office property was acquired from Quest Investment Partners for Warburg-HIH's institutional real estate fund.

The property is undergoing a comprehensive upgrade by the seller.

Tenants of the building include Lovoo GmbH, Number Four AG and a branch office of tecis Finanzdienstleistungen AG, among others.

Liefery serves as anchor tenant. Other tenants include housing company degewo, Lovoo GmbH and Number Four AG.
