S&P: Japan Housing Finance Agency to issue mortgage-backed notes

Japan Housing Finance Agency will issue up to ¥202.3 billion of fixed-rate residential mortgage-secured pass-through notes, S&P Global Ratings said Jan. 17.

The notes, which will mature in February 2054, will be issued in mid-January.

As of Jan. 16, US$1 was equivalent to ¥108.87.
