Intesa Sanpaolo issues $2B in international bonds

Italian bank Intesa Sanpaolo SpA issued $2 billion in international bonds in three tranches, Cbonds reported.

The first tranche of fixed-rate notes totals $750 million, carries a 3.25% coupon and matures Sept. 23, 2024.

The second tranche of fixed-rate notes totals $500 million, carries a 4.7% coupon and matures Sept. 23, 2049.

The third tranche of fixed-rate notes totals $750 million, carries a 4% coupon and matures Sept. 23, 2029.

The first tranche was sold at a price of 99.561%, the second tranche at 99.331% and the third tranche at 99.324%.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Banca IMI, Barclays, HSBC, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and TD Securities served as book runners for all the three tranches.
