Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A., or Interbank, said it issued about $284.9 million in new 3.375% senior notes due 2023, as part of an exchange offer for its outstanding 5.750% senior notes due 2020.

The settled amount was equivalent to about 57% of the bank's original offer to exchange up to $500 million of the 2020 notes.

The new notes were listed on the Luxembourg stock exchange, the bank said in a filing.
