SocGen releases tender offer results for Faurecia's €700M notes

France's Société Générale SA on March 5 disclosed the results of the tender offer it previously launched for French auto parts maker Faurecia's existing €700 million 3.125% notes due June 2022.

The bank said it expects to accept for purchase an aggregate principal amount of the existing notes about €540.1 million. It expects an aggregate principal amount of €159.8 million to remain outstanding after the settlement of the tender offer, which is expected to take place March 6.

The final results of the offer will also be announced March 6, according to the release.
