Colombian Banco W placed bonds for 150B Colombian pesos

Banco W SA issued 150.00 billion Colombian pesos in bonds, with demand reaching 2.4x that amount, according to a securities filing.

The offering was comprised of a three-year A series with subseries A3, carrying a fixed interest rate of 7.13%, with a maturity date of May 28, 2022.

The Bogota-based institution, which did not specify the goal of the funding, said it received offers for up to 353.95 billion Colombian pesos.

As of June 3, US$1 was equivalent to 3,362.8 Colombian pesos.
