Reliance Capital makes executive changes

India's Reliance Capital Ltd. made several changes to its executive management, including the promotion of Amit Bapna to president and COO from CFO.

Sachin Bora was appointed CEO, while Vaibhav Kabra takes over from Bapna as CFO.

Further, Anmol Ambani ceased to be an executive director on the company's board.

The changes are all effective Dec. 10, according to a same-day release.
