Dexia's French unit issues €2B bond

Dexia SA's main operating entity in France, Dexia Crédit Local SA, issued €2.0 billion in international bonds, Cbonds reported.

The notes, which carry a 0% coupon, mature May 29, 2024.

Citigroup, Credit Agricole CIB, JP Morgan, Natixis and RBS served as book runners on the deal.
