Owl Rock Technology amends revolving credit agreement

Owl Rock Technology Finance Corp. amended its senior secured revolving credit agreement, dated Nov. 19, 2018.

Among other things, the amendment increases the maximum commitment to $900 million from $800 million and adds JPMorgan Chase Bank NA as another lender, with a commitment of $100 million.

The accordion feature under the revolving credit facility remains unchanged.
