United Urban fixes rates for ¥11.5B in loans

United Urban Investment Corp. fixed interest rates for seven unsecured, non-guaranteed term loans worth a total ¥11.50 billion.

The ¥2.00 billion term loan was fixed at an annual interest rate of 0.46%, while the ¥4.50 billion loan will have a 0.56933% rate. The loans will mature March 23, 2026, and March 21, 2025, respectively.

The remaining five term loans of ¥1.00 billion each will carry interest rates ranging from 0.44831% to 0.75561% per year, with maturity dates in the range of March 22, 2022, to March 23, 2027.

The drawdown date for all loans is March 30.

As of March 28, US$1 was equivalent to ¥110.27.
