CURO Group Holdings unit completes acquisition of Ad Astra Recovery Services

CURO Intermediate Holdings Corp. on Jan. 3 completed its acquisition of Ad Astra Recovery Services Inc., the exclusive provider of third-party collection services for parent company CURO Group Holdings Corp.'s U.S. operations.

The base purchase price was $15.8 million, subject to customary adjustments for net working capital, cash and debt.

The sellers of Ad Astra Recovery Services are Doug Rippel, Chad Faulkner and Mike McKnight, who are founders, significant stockholders and directors of CURO Group Holdings. Rippel is CURO Group Holdings' executive chairman.
