Chinese digital financial account platform 9F prices IPO

9F Inc. priced its IPO of 8.9 million American depositary shares at US$9.5 per share for a total offering size of approximately US$84.55 million.

The ADSs have been approved for listing on the Nasdaq Global Market and are expected to begin trading Aug. 15 under the ticker symbol "JFU."

The underwriters have been granted an option to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,335,000 additional ADSs. The total amount raised in the offering is expected to be US$97.23 million if the underwriters choose to exercise their option in full.

9F is a Chinese digital financial account platform and provides financial products and services through one digital financial account.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Haitong International Securities Co. Ltd., CLSA Ltd., China Investment Securities International Brokerage Ltd. and 9F Primasia Securities Ltd. are acting as the underwriters for the offering.
