Kimberly-Clark director resigns to focus on new role at Unilever

Personal-care products maker Kimberly-Clark Corp. said Dec. 16 that Fabian Garcia has resigned from its board of directors, effective immediately.

The Irving, Texas-based company said Garcia wants to focus on his new role as president of The Unilever Group's North America segment.

Garcia has been part of Kimberly-Clark's board since 2011. He was also the former president and CEO of Revlon Inc.
