* Field & Main Bank named Danny Garness first senior vice president and senior loan officer. Garness, who joined the Henderson, Ky.-based bank in April 2016, has more than 20 years of financial services experience.

Field & Main bank is a subsidiary of Ohio Valley Bancorp Inc., which, in turn, is a unit of Field & Main Bancorp Inc.

* Chicago-based Northern Trust Corp. appointed Sally Surgeon head of its Sydney office, effective June 1. Surgeon will continue to serve as the bank's head of client services for Australasia.

* Deutsche Bank AG appointed Alexandra Cannon to serve as a director in its leveraged loan sales team in New York, effective July. Cannon, who most recently was a salesperson at Barclays Plc, succeeds Liz Bodisch, who is moving to the loan trading team, sources told Reuters.
