United Development Funding IV COO resigns

Stacey Dwyer voluntarily resigned as a member of the board of trustees and COO of United Development Funding IV, effective March 8, following the expiration of her employment contract Feb. 21.

Dwyer will remain an employee of the company and her resignation was not a result of any disagreement with the board or the company on any matter relating to the company's operations, policies or practices, according to a regulatory filing.

Following Dwyer's resignation, the board now has four members, three of whom are independent trustees.
